Thinking of you. . . .

This one's just for Greg. I love you, baby. Thank you so much for allowing me to live in my passion and encourage me in my giftedness. Not too many dads of 2 three year olds and a 4 year old would encourage their wife to plan a trip to Uganda for 9 days! It means the world to me. You haven't complained once about my late nights planning this trip, the expensive calls to Uganda or my incessant talking about it. You haven't even showed your jealousy even though I know you wish you were here with us. I love you and am proud to have you by my side. You are a wonderful husband who helps me not only survive, but thrive. I'm a pretty strong personality (no jokes people =) and yet you lead and guide me with grace and encourage me to be who God's called me to be. I love you. Thanks again. . .I'm writing this 2 weeks ahead of time but can say without a doubt that I'm having a blast!

As your mother-in-law ... I whole-heartedly agree with Brandi. We couldn't have chosen a better mate for our daughter. God did a great job (as always :) choosing you for Brandi. It has been such a joy to watch the 2 of you grow together as a couple. We are always confident that you spend time alone with Jesus, and as a result, you grow closer together. There is no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in the truth !!!! Thank you for loving our daughter, and thank you for allowing her (and encouraging her) to pursue the passions that God has instilled deep within her soul. We love you Greg!

And ... we love you, too, Brandi ... and we are fervently praying for you and your team.

The littles are upstairs sleeping now and will soon be playing in the pool with Granddad.
