The title can be whatever you want. But I have 3 "journey" titled blogs alone on my reader... so if that matters to you :)
Hmmm. This is a problem. "Journey" is boring. "Welcome" is boring. "To Our" is even more boring. (I don't think this is breaking news to you, right?) On the other hand, "Home, Hope and Future" is a bit cryptic. And, "Rachel's Blatherings" is already taken. Hmmm. Yep, it's a problem.
Maybe "SF's Occasional Random Thoughts"? Hee hee....
"Welcome to our journey" is a big NO NO NO. Possible alternate words/phrases: Adventure, Blessing, Doing my Work, Calling...

You can have it say both if you want... "Home, Hope, and Future - Welcome To Our Journey".
We all can change the name to whatever we want anyways, so don't worry about everyone else. I have it listed as "Brandi & Greg" in my favorites.
