This means that we got our I600a approved which asks the US Gov't for permission to seek adoption of an orphan.
No, it doesn't make any sense to me either! However, it is the last piece of paperwork we have been waiting for. Now, Patty takes all of our paperwork with her to Liberia at the beginning of August. Then, we wait for his court date and our adoption to be finalized. After that are visas, passports and finally TRAVEL DATES!
I can't wait until he's ours! By the way, Westwood Girls, I'm bringing my photo album to make for Davis tomorrow night to scrapbooking! I'd, of course, love all your help!

Oh, this is fantastic news. I'm so glad it came so quickly for you, especially because you know that Davis is just waiting on all the paperwork...
We've been working on Henry's photo album... so much fun!
Did you get any kind of a time frame from Donna as to how long she thinks it will be until finalization? Hopefully it will go as quickly as the rest of the process has for you!
