Christmas List: 1. A Dose of Perspective
This woman and her 6 children live in the home pictured below. They have a hole in the ground for a toilet (that the whole village shares) and cloudy drinking water from a nearby creek b/c their handpump well is broken. This Christmas season, maybe a dose of perspective should be on our lists?? Please spend some time considering this today. . .I know I need to.

Good reality check. In America, all we can think about is the long list of things we want. Thanks for reminding me that we have so much more than we need.
Thank you for the great reminder-boy do we as Americans need a good dose of another's perspective!

Oh Wow Brandi. It's one thing for us to be looking at these pictures and be stirred by them, but I can't imagine seeing this first hand and not being forever changed. We didn't have an opportunity to see anything like this while we were there. I wish we had though. That's what my baby came from. Thanks for sharing them. Love, Missy
