Sarah's Pain
Please take time today to pray for sweet little Sarah. You can read her full story here. Her mama died this week. She is 6 years old and found her mama gone. She was found curled up in her arms. She is now my friend, Katie's newest little girl. Pray for Sarah as she grieves. Pray for Katie as she strives to be Jesus' healing hands and arms of comfort to sweet Sarah. Take the time to be the intercessor for a new orphan, halfway across the world who represents what thousands of little children just like Sarah have gone through this week. Lord, be real to her. Be her Father in big ways. . . Lord, come soon so this waiting and aching on this earth is over.

Wow. I can't imagine the pain. And yet, I thank you for pointing me to Katie's blog. I would love to more about her ministry. Have you written about Katie's ministry before? If so, please point me to that post.
Praying for this little girl and all of the thousands like her ... so heartbreaking :(
I actually found you through Katie Davis' blog but then saw you on Erin's as well : ) I'll be in Uganda for 6 months living at Katie Davis' house and caring for her family and students. I'll also be volunteer with Light Gives Heat -- helping with their SUUBI project. will you be visit katie's house in 9 weeks -- please do! I would love to meet you! : )
