Aprons for Africa Auction!!!!

We are having our first AUCTION!!!! Are you ready?

My mother in law is so awesome. . .go check out her new site Aprons for Africa. She is selling homemade, one of a kind, hand sewn by her, beautiful aprons all to raise money for Africa. Currently, the money is going to a pastoral scholarship to help a pastor get to Uganda. . and thus, sponsor a whole orphanage. YES, your purchase of one of her aprons can help sponsor a whole orphanage! That's not even a stretch, people. On our last trip, we had 3 pastors. 2 of them were sponsored through a partial scholarship. EVERY SINGLE CHURCH represented on that trip sponsored an orphanage!

She was going to do an etsy store. . but the orders are coming in faster than she can make them so we will wait for a bit to do that! For now. . .I will promote her through online auctions of her amazing aprons.

Let the bidding begin. . .bidding starts at $20 and your check will be made out directly to Children's HopeChest so this is a great gift! They'll even come with an Aprons for Africa tag that tells what your gift has done, since they make GREAT gifts!!! Please check this out and bid by leaving a comment. The auction will end at 10 pm on Wednesday night! I'll announce the winning bid on Wednesday night and you can send me (or HopeChest) your check for the winning amount, knowing that you have won an AMAZING apron and changed lives in the process!

PS Tell others!!! Please go blog about this!
PSS: If you don't know how to comment (and thus, bid): simply click on the "0 comments" text that you see below the text. Write your bid amount in the text box that comes up (you'll have to scroll down to see the blank text box). Click the circle next to "name/url" Type your name (no need to provide a url). Click Publish Comment.

Check this baby out. . .come on, girls. . .let's make a difference through APRONS for Africa

Can your MIL make "little" girl aprons? Or Manly aprons? Sad to say that I don't really cook, or wear an apron, but my husband LOVES to cook and really should wear an apron, and my two little girlies would so love an apron each... perhaps an idea for the future, if not now!

S and K,

If you look behind Brandi in the top picture, you can see little Gracie's apron on top of Brandi's hanging on the hook on the wall.

The little girl ones are the cutest of all!
