How to Win Gracie over in 10 minutes

Gracie is a cheap date and easy to win over. . .as long as you have only 2 things:
1. Chapstick
2. GUM!

She knows who at church may be carrying gum and regularly seeks out those "gum carriers". She loves these people. . .which is always interesting considering that I am pretty much the love of Gracie's life and no one else seems to do!

The other day, Brayden was at the store with Grandma (my MIL). She stopped at the cash register and decided to buy a pack of gum. Brayden looked up at Grandma and said, "Are you buying that so Gracie will like you?"

The funniest part about this is that Brayden must have heard your mom say that...

One time at church I was sitting next to your mom, and Gracie was on her lap and had the gum in hand. Your mom turned to me and said "I buy it so she will like me... " we both laughed.

I'm pretty sure she asks me if I have ipstick every week in class. Then, we discuss every color I have. She is such a cutie :)

I feel so special that she loves me with out the gum! I do have Abbie though that has a hundred things of lipstick..no wonder she is always asking to come to my house.

Oh my goodness, that's so funny! My 2 year old girl loves those 2 things too! She calls chapstick "lips" and goes around church asking all the teenagers "Do you have lips? Do you have gum?" Too funny!
